To accommodate authors requiring a faster peer-review process, Food Science Publisher offers an Express Review option. This ensures a rapid yet rigorous review while maintaining the highest publication standards.

1️. Express Review Timeline

• Peer Review Decision: Within 7 to 14 days
• Author Revisions: Standard revision period applies (up to 7 days)
• Final Decision After Revision: Within 3-5 days
• Acceptance of Online Publication: Typically, within 5-7 days

2️. Eligibility for Express Review

• Authors must request Express Review at the time of manuscript submission.
• Manuscripts must meet the journal’s scope and quality standards.
• Express Review is subject to reviewer availability and may not be guaranteed for all submissions.

3️. Express Review Fee

• The Express Review service fee is $495.
• This fee is in addition to the standard Article Processing Charges (APC).
• Payment is required before the review process begins.
